Our relationships with clients, partners and employees are fair and open. And so is our recruitment process. All applicants go through the same selection procedure, culminating in our unique international Onboarding Programme.
What – or better, who – are we looking for?
It is very important for us to hire people who can identify with the ProCredit group. We don’t require you to have work experience or a specific academic background. You can be a fresh graduate or a qualified professional. You can have experience in banking or none at all. What we appreciate is your uniqueness and your willingness to learn more every day. One thing is indispensable, though: as we are an international group, you need to have a good command of English.
